Product Introduction

This series of wooden handle brass hot stamping heads and stainless steel hot shovels are special matching tools for constant temperature heating platforms. The stamp head is smooth flat surface, only used for heat shrink film wrapping, plastic sealing edge trimming and protective film laminating. It CANNOT engrave or emboss any logos, texts or patterns.
The 5mm thick solid brass head delivers fast and even heat conduction, making heat shrink film attach smoothly without wrinkles. The one-piece solid wood handle is hand-polished repeatedly, featuring heat insulation, anti-scald and non-conductive performance, comfortable for long-time mass production.
We provide various sizes including small/large round, square, rectangular stamp heads and large-area stainless steel hot shovels to meet sealing demands of different packages. Widely applied in heat shrink packaging procedures of gift box, leather goods and electronic factories.

Operation Guide

1.Place the stamp head flat on the constant temperature heating platform;
2.Adjust heating table temperature to 120-200℃ (adjust slightly according to shrink film thickness);
3.Preheat 3-8 minutes until brass head fully heated;
4.Wrap product with heat shrink film, hold wood handle and press film edge vertically for 3-6 seconds;
5.Lift stamp head slowly, the film will shrink and attach tightly automatically, sealing finished;
6.Choose stainless steel hot shovel to flatten large wrapping area at one time.
